Samsung is always trying to bring innovation to its smartphones to attract users who are looking for something new. After the amazing start with a budget phone in 2021, Samsung now plans to bring a high megapixels camera sensor that is expected to be equipped in its flagship models.

A  renowned tipster Ice Universe revealed that it will be a 200MP camera sensor. The interesting fact is that Samsung is going to implement high-resolution sensors in the next generation of ISOCELL sensors. Right now, the highest resolution that is available to mobile devices is 108MP and that is actually far away from what Samsung will launch this year. However, we don’t have  any further information regarding camera specification 

Back in 2020, Many smartphones were equipped with 108MP sensors and that was not enough for Samsung to maintain its lead in the coming years over its competitors. We might get to see this sensor in the Galaxy Note series. Although it’s still not clear which Samsung model will be packed with a 200MP sensor, one thing is for sure that Samsung will not keep its users waiting for long!

In the previous year, many rumors surfaced about Samsung launching a different MP sensor that was expected to be equipped in smartphones, launched in October and November but that didn’t work due to some reasons.
