After Huawei was hit with US sanctions, the chances for Honor to partner with Google increased massively! To continue to respond to market demand, Honor is now looking to enable Google services for its future phones. The company unveiled its first flagship model; Honor V40 5G a few days ago.
CEO of the company George Zhao commented on Honor’s performance by saying that “The last five months have been an extremely difficult but meaningful time for Honor”.
The company has confirmed and signed partnerships with world-renowned companies including Qualcomm, MediaTek, Intel AMD, and others; so that they can create new quality products like its parent company Huawei.
Similarly, although it isn’t confirmed, the Reuters reports also claims that many other major companies also partnered with Honor which include; Samsung, Micron, Microsoft, SK Hynix, and Sony.
Likewise, the company is also aiming to make its presence in the “Internet of Things market”. Honor continues to focus on expanding its presence in the global market and also expected to launch it’s mid to high-end smartphones soon!
