The new Samsung Galaxy A03s is a new addition to Samsung Galaxy’s A series. This new budget-friendly smartphone has received criticism, as users of this smartphone have reported an issue of call distortion over WhatsApp on every call. 

We have repeatedly been observing people complaining about this issue on social media platforms. The main issue reported is that people at the opposite end are not able to connect properly as they hear distortion and loud echo voices on the background. This issue has specifically been reported for WhatsApp calls. Some have also reported the same for Messenger calls. 

Samsung Support has answered the queries as the issue of third-party apps. The possible solutions that users have tried out are:

• Changing SIMS
• Formatting the phone
• Updating the Software
• Installing WhatsApp again
• Soft resetting the phone

Even after trying multiple solutions, users are disappointed a great deal by the repeated failed efforts. The same issue was also reported in the Samsung Galaxy S series almost 2 years back. 

Some users have also reported that the only way WhatsApp calls are carried out smoothly is when they use headphones. The above discussion points to the direction that the Samsung Galaxy A03s has quality issues, supposedly the speaker and motherboard are not properly tested for this action.
