How to Setup Chromecast

Step 1: Plug in Your Chromecast Device

The first part is pretty straightforward. Hook up the Chromecast into your TV’s HDMI port. The second USB wire goes into a compatible port or power outlet. If you are using a 4K-compatible version of Chromecast Ultra, you will need to connect the USB power cable to the included power adapter. Then plug it into a wall outlet safely.

Step 2. Download the Google Home App
Download the Google Home App into your device; either smartphone or tablet. The app is easily accessible on Play Store for Android users and Apple Store for iOS users.

1. Tap the + sign in the top left corner of the app.
