The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE had to undergo a rumor line for quite some time reporting a shortage of semiconductors for the handset due to the pandemic. The latest news confirms its development and release in October this year.

Design

The camera bump on the Galaxy S21 FE protrudes directly from the rear panel instead of extending from the metal frame of the device just like it is on S21. It likely has a frosted Glastic rear panel with a shiny metal frame. The front punch hole at the S21 FE is slightly bigger than the S21.

The handset is larger than the Galaxy S21: 4mm taller and 3.3mm wider, but the thickness remains untouched. The reason behind it having an increased display size of 6.4 inches with an HD resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels as compared to 6.2 inches on the Galaxy S21.
