Kia has resumed bookings of its best-selling cars including Sportage, Picanto, and Stonic.
After bookings were closed on April 4, customers can now book their favorite Kia vehicles once again but, at a raised price.
The company did not state a reason for the break but market reports suggest that Kia reevaluated the prices for the above cars and thus the bookings were halted.
Experts suggest that soaring operational costs and the volatility of the local currency will result in multiple price hikes and booking suspensions in the future as seen with Kia and Toyota this year.
