The much-awaited Galaxy S23 series will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship.
According to the Qualcomm CFO Akash Palkhiwala, they have a “global share” in the Galaxy S23, up from about 75% on the S22 series.
That means that the majority of Samsung Galaxy S23 phones will have Qualcomm’s next Snapdragon flagship instead of Exynos SoCs.
Earlier, Qualcomm provided Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra models in selected markets.
