Mian Aslam Iqbal, Provincial Minister for Industries and Trade, said at a meeting on Tuesday that a special economic zone (SEZ) and an expo center will soon make its way in Gujranwala.
As the details of the meeting unfold, the meeting discussed the problems and hindrances in the development of Gujranwala’s industrial estate, as well as problems faced by the industrialist, ‘s in the city.
The GCCI president, also on this occasion thanked the government for offering relief funds and taking care of the industrialists in the covid-19 pandemic and hoped that all the major problems of the Gujranwala industries will be resolved soon.
The meeting also discussed that the government is ensuring the provision of all possible facilities to investors. NOC’s have also been issued to five cement plants in the province. The government has given a historic package to the construction industries.
