Faizan Sameer is the Manager of Team Eighteen in Pakistan and the head futsal coach. He recently completed the UEFA CFM Certification becoming the first Pakistani to do so.

Last year he was selected along with 34 others from different parts of the globe for the CFM certification. Faizan describes himself as a football fan since childhood who dreams of becoming a professional footballer one day.
The UEFA CFM Certification that he has completed, is a foundation program for people working in a football organization. The program offers a comprehensive understanding of how the game should be managed.
The CFM program lasts for 9 months and consists of 10 online modules along with 3 in-person seminars.
Team Eighteen, which Faizan manages, was founded by Tarek Hamdy and is one of the leading futsal clubs in Islamabad city.
The team proved its capabilities and gained fame after winning the National Futsal Championship in 2021.
