One of his most popular pieces of writing is Aik se Za’id Shadiyoon ki Zaroorat Kyu.

Dr. Israr Ahmad was another eminent Muslim philosopher from Pakistan. He founded Tanzeem-e-Islami, a subdivision of Jamaat-e-Islami that promotes applying the Quran and Sunnah to all aspects of life, including social, political, cultural, legal, and economic ones. In his career, Israr also penned more than sixty books about Pakistan and Islam, 29 of which were even translated into other languages, including English.
