How to Share Jazz Balance
Jazz is committed to providing exceptional care and support to its valued customers. There are two ways by which you can share jazz balance with your loved ones:
1. Jazz Share
To transfer balance from jazz to jazz through the Jazz Share service, you need to follow these steps:
- On your dial-pad, type *100*phone number*amount#
- Or type *100*<9230XXXXXXXX>* amount#
- Press enter and wait for the confirmation message
Charges
When you use Jazz Share to share credit with someone, you will be charged PKR 7.50 + Tax for each time you send credit.
Max Limit
You can send PKR 15 to PKR 500 to another Jazz User.
Terms and Conditions
- You are responsible for each transaction via Jazz Share
- Both the sender and receiver need to be prepaid Jazz customers
- Only PKR 500 worth of credit can be sent per day

2. Jazz World App
If you want to send credit to another Jazz user on the go, then using the app is a great idea. The app lets you send PKR 15 to PKR 750 of credit which is more than what you can send through the Jazz Share service.
Follow the steps to use the Jazz World app:
- Open the Jazz World App
- Click on the “More” option
- You will see the “Balance Share” option at the bottom
- Enter the sender and receiver’s mobile number
- Add the amount to be sent
- Click Confirm
How to Request for Jazz Credit
If you want a Jazz customer to send credit to you, you can simply do that through the Jazz Share Request service. To request credit, follow these steps:

- Wait for him to send you the credit

Q. How to transfer balance from Jazz to other networks?
Ans: You can only share Jazz credit with other Jazz customers. There isn’t any option to transfer balance from jazz to other networks.
Q. Can we share the balance/credit of the Jazz Super Duper Card as well?
Ans: No, as the Jazz Super Duper card doesn’t add any credit to your sim and works as a package, you cannot share balance from a Jazz Super Duper Card.
