Pakistan’s football exports have increased by 62.22%, owing mostly to the shipment of a large number of Pakistan-made footballs to Qatar’s FIFA World Cup 2022.
According to the sources, Pakistan is the official producer of football for the current FIFA World Cup. It has generated around one-third of the total match balls.
The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics has also published a detailed report on Pakistan’s football exports 2022.
The report states that between July 2022 and October 2022, 81,351,000 US dollars’ worth of footballs were shipped from Pakistan.
