Alhamra Art Centre
Alhamra is the cultural centre of Lahore, and it’s located right in the middle of the city. Alhamra is an Arabic word that translates to “red-clad lady.” Architect Nayyar Ali Dada finished the Alhamra Arts Council in 1992, and went on to win the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 1998 for this structure, which he planned and built.
