Tourists have started visiting Swat after peace was restored.
DC Swat in a recent statement said that various events have been planned in Swat to celebrate the snow season and they hope to host around 3 Million tourists this season.
Recent floods and protests destroyed infrastructure in the area, but swat is ready to host yet another season of tourists with all its natural beauty.
DC Swat Invites Tourists Across the Globe
Deputy Commissioner Junaid Khan said that snow festivals will be organized this year to promote snow tourism in the valley.
He added that it is high time to visit Swat and that tourists visiting the region will be facilitated at all costs.
The Swat Hotel Association office-bearers also announced special packages for tourists in hotels.
Swat is Safe to Visit
The district administration urged tourists to visit Swat, as the area offers security and safety.
Regional Police Officer Sajjad Khan, stated that the security situation in Swat and the Malakand division, in general, was very satisfactory and safe for travel.
