Method # 1: NADRA Registration Center

You can obtain a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) by visiting your nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).

The following are the steps you will take at the NRC:

Applying for FRC by Birth

  • You will receive a token.
  • Take a photograph of a minor.
  • Enter your data and review it.
  • You will receive a printed FRC.

Applying for FRC by Marriage

If your children are under the age of 18, please keep in mind that you must bring all youngsters who are necessary to be added to the FRC with you.

  • You will receive a token.
  • Take a photograph of a minor.
  • Take pictures of all children.
  • Enter your data and review it.
  • You will receive a printed FRC.

In the case that a child is 18 years old or older,

  • You will receive a token.
  • Enter your data and review it.
  • You will receive a printed FRC.

Applying for FRC by Adoption

If a child is adopted and his or her presence is required,

  • You will receive a token.
  • Take a photograph of a minor.
  • Take a photograph of the adopted child (less than 21 years of age, based on adoption rules).
  • Enter your data and review it.
  • You will receive a printed FRC.

Method # 2: Pak Identity Website

You can also get your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) delivered to your home by visiting the Pak Identity website online or through application. You can apply for FRC from the comfort of your home through a dedicated online portal of Pak-identity. This online facility was developed specifically to ease applicants. Follow the steps below on how to apply for FRC Nadra online. 

  • In the first step, visit the official page of Pak-identity.
  • Register and verify your account.
  • Login and apply for FRC.
  • Provide your CNIC Number.
  • Provide correct data information.
  • Attach photographs.
  • Submit your application.

By applying through NADRA online portal, you will receive the PDF format of FRC within 2 days on the email address provided by you.
