MG3 less than PKR 2 million “In the final stages”, says the owner of MG Motors Javed Afridi in his most recent Facebook post. Two conclusions can be drawn from this: first, the MG 3’s base price will be less than that of WagonR, and second, the hatchback will be released in Pakistan very soon.
A video Javed Afridi, the face of MG Pakistan, just shared on one of his social media sites with the tagline “Yes MG 3 under PKR 2 million” shows the MG 3’s exterior. Also, it confirms that the vehicle will have a starting price under PKR 2 million and that it will be introduced in Pakistan soon.
While Javed has been hyping the MG 3 for years but has never revealed the vehicle’s official release date. Simply put, there has been no official announcement on the launch and MG 3 reservations in Pakistan.

With all of the rumored specs and features,mg3 is definitely going to be a major competitor for Suzuki Swift, Suzuki Cultus, and Suzuki Wagon R. Furthermore, if it launches at roughly PKR 2M as Javed Afridi suggested, it will be a fierce competitor for the Suzuki Alto as well.
As for the specifications, two engine trims will be available for the MG 3 for the international market: one 1.5-liter four-chamber gasoline engine with a 5-speed manual transmission that will produce 105 horsepower and 137 Nm of torque and the other 1.5-liter, four-chamber gasoline engine with a 4-speed automatic transmission that will have 109 horsepower and 150 Nm of torque.
MG 3 Entertainment
A standard apple car play, headlamp on warning buzzer, remote fuel flap release, trip computer, power-assisted steering, radio, 4 front speakers with woofer, DAB audio, MP3 compatibility, and AUX/USB input are also said to be included in the MG 3.
MG 3 Safety
Regarding the security of the driver and the passengers, the MG 3 may have six airbags, a functioning cornering brake control framework, emergency braking assistance, an electronic soundness program, slope hold control, ABS with electronic brakes, programmed door opening in the event of accidents, front plate brakes, tire pressure monitoring, speed-sensitive entryway locking, a safety belt warning caution, and a vehicle immobilizer.
